The ultimate in customization and longevity, all of our stick frame garages are built to last. The pictured garage is built into a bank and has several upgrades including eave returns, an 8/12 roof pitch and Dutch corners on the garage door. Our basic 24x24x9 is $45,987 and one exactly like this would be $58,791.

    • Engineered 4/12 trusses 24” OC (attic trusses available)

  • Two 3x4 vinyl insulated windows and one 9 lite man door

  • One 16x8 insulated garage door with Wi-Fi enabled opener

  • Vinyl siding and shingle roofing, in colors of your choice

  • Final grade, seed and straw
