SimplyGarages

There are no excuses for leaving your $80,000 truck out in the snow, sun, frost, hail and bird manure! Find a spot on your property for one of these and give us a call…

  • Our SimpleGarages are built with post-frame (pole barn) style construction using wood framing components, engineered truss roof systems, and metal siding and roofing (other siding types such as vinyl, hardiplank, stone veneer, etc. are available and quoted upon request!)

  • Construction can begin as early as a week or two after building permits are issued. We aim to have these garages completed within 4-5 weeks of beginning construction. Depending on your localities permitting lead time, you could be moving in as soon as 6-7 weeks after placing your order!

  • Although we've designed several basic models to streamline pricing and construction, these are fully customizable buildings. Wall heights up to 16', sizes from 16x20 all the way up through 40x80, different floor plans, custom garage doors, different kinds of siding and roofing, etc.!

“Carport” doesn’t have to be a dirty word!

Carports may have gotten a bad rap, but actually perform most the tasks of a real garage with a fraction of the cost and hassle.

Posts extend below frost line, providing a built-in foundation required by building codes…no additional foundation or site prep is necessary for the structure (usually)

A well-designed carport can extend the life of your vehicles and add value to your home!

  • Essentially a SimplyGarage without the sides...can be closed in later and finished as a garage if desired. Pairs well with most home styles, gable ends can be closed in with siding to match your home, shingle or metal roofing. Similar to the picnic shelters you see at your local parks!

  • Uses locally sourced beams to create a Western-vibe timber truss. Many different roofing/ceiling options, gravel or concrete floor. Pairs well with homes in wooded settings, with wood siding, or log homes.

  • (pictured on right) Can be built as timber frame or with conventional lumber, metal or rubber membrane roofing. Keeps a low profile and doesn’t attract attention away from your home’s architectural features. Single-slope directs water in one direction, idea for situations where you want to direct water away from your home.

Custom Structures…

Post-frame Garages, they’re our thing. But many other things are close and we can build those too.

Smaller post-frame buildings can be built wood floors and be used as sheds or other accessory structures.

Larger buildings can be constructed for equipment sheds, agricultural buildings, barns, or finished off for “barndominiums.”

Any buildings can be architecturally designed with different roof pitches, siding types, layouts, dormers, attic trusses and all kinds of other fun things. Just send us your ideas and we’ll see if it’s a fit for our crews!
